Grants
Waseca County SWCD relies on Grants from the State of Minnesota through Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) to fund the projects that are done in the county.  Waseca County also aids in the funding .   The Grants normally run for a 2 year period.   This gives the District and landowners time to complete projects and receive payment assistance.  As practices and projects are completed, funding can be used to help pay for the project.  The payments vary from partial to full payments to the landowner.

Stop in at the office at 300 North State St, Waseca or
call us 507-835-0603 to discuss any Conservation Practices that may be beneficial for your land and for future generations.
